We promptly respond to your calls or emails, provide insights on the process and status, and ensure all parties are informed of potential delays. From contract to close, we manage all aspects, including document prep; lender, homeowner, and association coordination; and more. Our flexible options include in-person, mobile notary, and remote online signings. We can do closings anywhere in Florida.

Title searches can reveal potential issues needing correction. For example, there may be errors in previous deeds, encumbrances liens, judgments, or second mortgages that are unknown by the seller. A previous owner may have passed away, and the property may need to go through probate prior to closing.

Regular updates are one of the hallmarks of Platinum Key Title’s service. You should expect prompt acknowledgement of receipt of the contract, earnest money deposit, and any addenda to the contract. We also send updates to the buyers, sellers, and respective agents as the file is opened, when title searches are complete, commitments are prepared, and if any additional information is required. You can also log into our secure portal to see a tracker showing major updates in the closing process. Finally, you can email or call us to discuss the status of your closing.
